We are a dedicated and all-inclusive gymnastics facility located in Ballymena, Co. Antrim providing gymnastics coaching to children of all ages and sporting abilities.  From our extremely popular PlayGym sessions for our tiniest members through to our teen and adult sessions and from our highly sought after JuniorGym programme through to our successful competitive squads, Valdez provide suitable training options for all the family!

Located in the attractive Woodside Road Industrial Estate, our specifically designed interior offers full set of both Women`s and Men`s Artistic apparatus in a bright and spacious gym environment.  Additional equipment include two floor areas, one being a full size sprung floor, 9m fast track, age/size appropriate apparatus and a full range of soft play equipment.

We provide training in several gymnastics disciplines; Gymnastics for all (to include Pre-school through to Adult Gymnastics, TeamGym, Gymfusion), Women`s Artistic, Men`s Artistic, Rhythmic Gymnastics and Disability Gymnastics.

We offer reward systems for all members through British Gymnastics Pre-School Award Scheme, Proficiency and Advanced Proficiency Award Schemes.  All members have the opportunity to take part in competitions either in-house or externally.  Our classes remain progressive with members moving up to the next level when ready and appropriate to do so.  Members also have the opportunity to try out and work towards a place on one of our various competitive squads. It is our aim for every member to reach their highest attainable goal in gymnastics and will be encouraged to do so.

We provide a Young Leadership Academy whereby older gymnasts can remain active at the club by volunteering, helping with events, taking part in coach education, gaining qualifications and ultimately becoming a valued member of our coaching team.
